Title: Enterprise Imaging Technical Project Manager
Overview of Position
The Technical Project Manager will take responsibility for managing medium to large customer projects from project initiation thru to the go/no decision call, and transition to the services PM. The Project Manager will monitor the progress of the project initiation, technical requirements, and validation of the system prior to the go/no go decision call. Provide a primary continuous point of contact to the customer during this phase and manage internal and external project teams in the successful execution of project activities.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Technical Project Management for Medium to Large Sites/Sites with High Complexity
Schedule Management, Communication Management, Risk Management
Customer Issue Tracking and Resolution
Status Reports; time tracking
What are the requirements needed for this position?
5 years of Healthcare IT; Imaging preferred
Ability to ask probing questions related to hardware and software
Ability to discuss the technical and clinical application and workflow, detect unstated assumptions
Experience validating Cardiology base technical requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent or related experience
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Knowledge of Radiology and Cardiology/ Imaging background
Experience validating Cardiology technical requirements
Ability to discuss the technical and clinical application and workflow, detect unstated assumptions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Independent, Self-starter
Team Builder/Team Player
Strong Customer Service skills
Intermediate to Expert IT skills
Ability to problem-solve
